Ours Policies

Tuition is due by the 7th of each month. After that time a $10 late fee will be assessed to the account. Students will not be able to participate in class if their accounts are more than 30 days delinquent. Any returned checks will incur a $25 fee.

The studio will follow Loudoun County for school closings due to inclement weather. A message will also be posted on our Facebook page. School closings, early dismissal, and cancelation of afternoon activities will result in classes being canceled for that day. School delays won’t affect the start time of our classes. Two snow days are built into the schedule, after that, makeup classes will be scheduled.

If a student misses class due to illness, family event, or school function, the class/es may be made up within one month of the absence.

Students are expected to be on-time and have the appropriate clothing, shoes, and hair for each class. For their safety, students arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to watch the remainder of the class.

If you wish to withdraw from a class, two weeks written notice must be provided. Any tuition due during this time must be paid in full.

A minimum of four enrolled students is necessary for a class to run.

“Ms. Mary is a fun teacher and very patient with her students. If you’re having a hard time understanding a new combination, she’ll walk you through it step by step until you get it. She makes me want to practice! Ms. Alisha has been my teacher for 4 years, and has taught me to enjoy and appreciate ballet.  I love being on pointe because it’s so challenging, but I have a great teacher who makes it fun!”
